Dane County Executive Joe Parisi endorses Kahl for Assembly

Parisi joins a growing list of community leaders supporting former Monona Mayor

(MADISON) Former Monona Mayor and candidate for State Assembly Robb Kahl (D-Monona) announced the endorsement of Dane County Executive Joe Parisi.

“Robb Kahl is a leader who can bring people together,” Parisi said. “Robb has a long record of standing up for our community and I am confident he will continue to do that in the State Assembly.”

“I am honored to have the trust and support of County Executive Parisi,” said Kahl. “Joe Parisi is an outstanding advocate who leads by example. Joe governs by respecting others and I look forward to working closely with him to address the critical needs of our communities.”

County Executive Parisi joins a growing list of community leaders who have endorsed Kahl’s campaign for State Assembly.  Over 70 community leaders and organizations have endorsed Robb Kahl for Assembly including every City Mayor, Village President and Town Chair in the 47th Assembly District.

Robb and his wife Jennifer are raising their four children in Monona where they are actively involved in various community and school boards, coaching youth sports teams and spearheading community fundraising efforts. Robb looks forward to expanding his public service by putting the knowledge and skills gained in his private and public sector experience to work for the people of the 47th Assembly District.
